It’s here operation Angry Bird is over and the Angry Bird Party has arrived! I have posted for a week on how to make a few props and decorations for the Angry Birds party for one of my Best Friends little boy and my God Son Adrian. I also had the honor to work in collaboration with another one of my Best Friends Dinah Wulf from www.diyinspired.com and inheritingourplanet.com! Together Trina, Dinah and I were able to create a birthday Adrian will be bragging about for days!
When you first drove up to the house you saw a Life Size Angry Bird Launcher and a stack of boxes just like in the game! There was also a King Pig pinata the kids went crazy over. The kids spent hours and hours re-stacking and launching birds! We posted how to’s on the Life Size Angry Bird Launcher , the wood painted Angry Bird Boxes and the Crown for King Pig Pinata. Just click on the words and it will take you there!
Trina did an amazing job adding those extra special touches. Birds in cages and bird nests with golden eggs were used as center pieces and on different tables to add the extra flare to the party.
The party also had a candy table with a little twist, all candies were left in the wrappers, some of the jars had none edible items; like freebies, pencils, and stickers. We also placed the cupcakes on the Angry Bird Wooden Structure I made and some of the boxes that Dinah created as Angry Birds Party Decorations.
Here are a few close ups!
Trina purchased this Angry Bird cupcake cake to make it easy to serve! Isn’t it cute!
The kids were a little spoiled at the party. They left with goodies from the candy table, candy from the pinata, Angry Bird stuff animals and these fun Angry Bird Party Favors created by Dinah!
This was such a fun party with so many DIY projects that can be done by anyone. I have heard that Adrian is still playing with the boxes and balls! Party props that keep on giving! Happy Birthday Adrian!
